Marlboro Country Store Multi Tool in Leather Case (Made for key ring attachment, as seen in last picture). It's very unique how it works. You unsnap it on the back which loosens the multi-tool so you can raise it up from it's leather pocket and use it. Then you slide it back into the pocket and re-snap on back to secure it back. This item was most likely a vintage premium earned with proofs of purchase off cartons of Marlboro products. Measures: 2 7/8" tall x 1 5/8" wide. Condition: Overall in good condition but needs the key ring attachment replaced. Minor signs of wear/use/age, but no damage. Comes from smoke free home. My Inv. I N Spec BX - Item # 3528
